How much does a bookkeeper cost?

Are there any setup fees?
There will be an initial onboarding fee to get everything up and running. Once we have completed an initial assessment on the current state of your bookkeeping, we will advise on the cost of this.
What bookkeeping software do I need?
You will need an active software subscription for Xero, which is not included in our fee. You can check out their current plans here: www.xero.com/au/pricing/ – we’ll help you choose the right plan for your business.
Can my Accountant do the books?
Both Accountants and Bookkeepers can offer valuable insights on different aspects of your business, but in our experience it is best to keep the two separate. Think of the bookkeeper like a Nurse – who does the day-to-day work such as allocating expenses and paying bills – while the Accountant is more like a Doctor, analysing data and providing specialist advice.
Can you work at my office?
Our initial meetings can be face to face, in your office or ours. We then will work with you remotely to provide a fast and reliable service and the best value for money.
